If you are not satisfied with your order, we ask that you return the item in the original condition and packed the same way as the item was shipped to you.  We will refund full cost of the item but you will be responsible for the shipping cost.  Please include a copy of your original receipt and state the reason for returning the order.

Shipping Damage
We realize that sometimes orders may be damaged while in route to our customers. You have two methods of reclaiming damaged goods.

1. Shipper's Insurance – follow shipper's method for reclaiming damaged goods (methods vary with each shipper ie: UPS, USPS, Federal Express…)
2. White Oak River Gifts - Return merchandise in its original packaging material for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). Please include a copy of the original receipt and state the reason for returning the order.
